In Nassau county 934 homes were sold in March of 2016 whereas only 740 homes were sold in March of 2015. Suffolk County has also showed an increase amount of home sales in March 2016. However, it was only approximately 8% higher than the home sales rate was in 2015.,/p>

The average home sales in March 2016 in Nassau County went for $430,000.00.
